Fireplace construction scheme + characteristics

1. The exhaust outlet is equipped with an adjustable damper , i.e. a throttle. It is used to regulate the draft force, which changes the efficiency of the fireplace. When the damper is open, the chimney draft is the highest, causing the fuel to burn quickly and increasing the power of the fireplace, with the damper closed, the chimney draft and combustion speed are reduced. We offer all accessories for exhaust gas.

2. Strong and large loading door - thanks to the large loading door (almost the entire width of the fireplace), we have access to practically the entire hearth, so we can put large logs of wood. The door is made of one piece of embossed sheet metal.

3. Strong and massive hinges - our fireplace is equipped with strong and durable hinges that are perfect for everyday use. The hinges enable e.g. the removal of the door during periodical cleaning or maintenance of the fireplace.

4. The anti-burn ebonite handle with a closure is a proven and good solution ensuring quick, safe and comfortable use of the furnace. The material used (ebonite) is very durable and resistant to high temperatures.

5. Japanese heat-resistant glass up to 800 ° C - ensures safe use of the furnace even at very high temperatures. 6. Deflector - the so-called "Smoke shelf" located in the upper part of the furnace above the furnace directly at the exhaust outlet. What does an exhaust deflector do? First of all, it causes that the heated air from the combustion chamber does not go directly to the chimney. The KREKA stove is a stove with a new design and has a secondary combustion chamber, i.e. a smoke shelf. There is a process of burning fuel particles that have not been burned before. The additional heat generated in this process increases the efficiency and performance of the furnace. The cooled and less polluted exhaust gas goes to the chimney. According to the calculations of furnace manufacturers, the deflector increases efficiency by about 30%.

7. The furnace - surrounded by a thick steel body filled with fireclay bricks - the furnace is the heart of the furnace, which is made of thick, certified boiler plate. Additionally, the furnace is lined with fireclay bricks, which have the following properties: high resistance and durability, and excellent heat accumulation properties. Fire clay is the most frequently chosen material for the construction or lining of fireplaces due to its properties.

8. Removable ash pan - located below the combustion chamber, it provides very quick, easy and trouble-free operation of the stove.

9. Regulation of the combustion rate - by regulating the air supply located in the ash pan. This system of air supply to the combustion chamber maximizes its efficiency.
